My recent stay at Muntanella in Ober-Lech surpassed all my expectations. The warm and professional welcome from Familie Schneeberger-Zatsch and their team set the tone for a truly exceptional experience. I was delighted by the efficient service of having our bags picked up from the gondola upon our late arrival, allowing us to unwind with a delightful wine and snack after a long journey through rainy, snowy weather.The attention to detail continued with the delicious breakfast spread that provided the perfect fuel for a day of skiing on the nearby slopes. The modern sauna offered a relaxing retreat after an active day outdoors, showcasing the hotel's commitment to wellness and guest satisfaction. The convenient storage of our belongings on the final day exemplified the care and thoughtfulness of the hosts, ensuring a seamless departure. The beautiful surroundings and proximity to various dining options, such as Hotel Restaurant Formarin and Schlegelkopf Restaurant, added to the overall charm of the stay. As a former hotel manager in Lech, I can attest that Muntanella has truly set a new standard in hospitality, exceeding even my seasoned expectations.
